This TOS constitutes the entire agreement between you and Melanie Moczarski and shall govern the use of our Services, superseding any prior version of this TOS between you and us with respect to The BODY Cure and Melanie Moczarski. You may also be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use or purchase certain other services, affiliate Services, or third- party content.
Waiver and Severability of Terms

REFUND POLICY
Refund policies for one-on-one coaching packages are handled on a case by case basis and will be stated in each individual coaching contract. All other online courses and content purchased through the Site are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by us at time of purchase.
